THE WRITTEN GUIDE
Follow along, step by step.
Use these steps alongside the video as you set up your workspace.
Verify your business
Open company verification and begin the CAC process. Enter your registered company name and provide the requested information and documents. In KYC, enter your official contact email and complete the requested business details, then submit for review.
Review takes approximately one to five business days. Your dashboard is activated after approval.
Add your product
After your dashboard is activated, select Upload Product. Enter the product name and the requested details, then submit the product.
Create and publish a batch
Open Batches and select Create New Batch. Name your batch, complete the requested details, and work through the compliance and deployment sections. Review the summary, create the batch, then publish and confirm it. Wait for verification before continuing.
Choose Dual Defender
Open the verified batch and select Dual Defender, CounterFix’s flagship verification method. Confirm your selection and deploy it on the CounterFix Chain System. Watch for the status update when deployment is complete.
Choose a plan and generate codes
Review Plans and choose a subscription that includes pay-per-verification access before funding your wallet or generating codes. Once your wallet has funds, return to code generation and select Generate QR Codes. Choose your preferred ZIP or CSV download format. Use the codes on your product labels for customers to scan.
See the customer journey
After scanning a code, the customer selects Purchase Product, enters their phone number and continues. They must allow location access to proceed, then enter the one-time code sent to their phone and select Verify Code. The result appears, with manufacturer and product details below.
